Product Description

The 7' x 5' Angelina Playhouse provides double the fun with its loft area. Safety is no issue with this playhouse as it is BS EN71 certified.

The Sheriff Angelina Playhouse with Loft (7' x 5') is a skillfully designed playhouse which conforms to standards of BS EN-71 European Toy Standards. It includes an internal upstairs area which children love to play their games in and it is very attractive to behold in any garden. Its high quality design enables your child to benefit from extra space without minimising your outdoor garden area. The layout of the Angelina Playhouse is unique and striking and the three windows have fixed styrene safety glazing to ensure your child will come to no harm. Non-slip ladder treads are found on ladder rungs for added safety.

The substantial and solid sheet OSB roof and floor allow for long-lasting durability while the 12mm stable tongue and groove walls enhance the strength of Angelina Playhouse. Safety hinges ensure fingers cannot get trapped or damaged. The roof has the added protection of green mineral roof felting which will ensure the roof will last years longer and the risk of damp coming through after a heavy rainfall is significantly lessened.

The front windows are supplied with window boxes and decorative shutters and the front door with safety hinge has an attention-grabbing butterfly decoration that will definitely get noticed.

Sheriff playhouses are manufactured to EN BS 71-8 (2003) and British Safety Standard BS5665 quality standards for children�s outdoor play equipment giving you the confidence that your children can play in a safe and secure environment.

This Product carries the 10year Anti Rot guarantee as long as the building is well maintained. Supplied pre-treated however we recommend this building is treated again once it is installed.
