Product Description
Manufactured in the UK, Shire's playhouses are renowned for their quality and probably manufacture the best value for money playhouses in the UK today. Not only does this playhouse look fantastic but it will provide hours of imaginative play. Children love being up high in the trees and the Shire Bunny Playhouse with Platform offers an exceptional opportunity for your children to become Lord or Lady of all they survey in their magical Kingdom.

Shire aim to always provide the very best playhouses made from a high grade ship-lap tongue and groove construction. It is distinguished from fast grown type timber used on cheaper playhouses from other manufacturers. The tongue and groove construction means this playhouse is better sealed from the elements. The timber used is a continental slow grown timber. Slower grown timber means tighter grain, extra strength and longer life.

Shire playhouses are manufactured to EN BS 71-8 (2003) and British Safety Standard BS5665 quality standards for children’s outdoor play equipment giving you the confidence that your children can play in a safe and secure environment.

Supplied flat packed for self assembly.

Framework: A robust planed 34x34mm (1 1/2" x 1 1/2") framework (walls and floor) that gives the building strength.

Floor: The floor is constructed from Oriented Strand Board (OSB).

Roof: The roof is constructed from Oriented Strand Board (OSB) with included roofing felt.

Walls: The walls are constructed using high quality thick softwood planed tongue and groove shiplap pattern boarding.

Treatment: Supplied pre-treated on both sides in a honey brown water based industrial product.

Windows: Styrene for extra safety.
